  • Event coordination and logistics: volunteers, partners, attendees, materials, and on-site setup
  • Marketing operations and content support: proofreading, content updates, and materials distribution
  • Branch and inventory support: material delivery, branch visits, and display audits

Job Description

Own the hands-on event and admin engine that keeps summer community programming running, freeing strategic marketers to focus on outreach and partnerships.

  • Event coordination: manage volunteers, partners, attendees, materials, and on-site setup
  • Marketing operations: proofreading, content updates, distribution of materials across channels, and intranet organization
  • Branch logistics: deliver marketing materials to branches, audit displays, maintain inventories, and support branch visits

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Well-organized and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread marketing materials, website content, and other communications for accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable supporting written marketing communications, basic content updates, and formatting
  • Demonstrates curiosity and good judgment by asking thoughtful questions and seeking clarity when needed
  • Demonstrates confidence in interacting with others, ideally with experience interacting with the community and peers, such as serving as a school ambassador
  • Possesses desire to support improving the local community
  • Brings a positive, professional energy and willingness to learn
  • PC experience with Windows, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
