Job Description

Overview of Creative Producer: UNIQLO Global Creative Lab

The Creative Producer operates as a member of UNIQLO Global Creative Lab (NYC) to

ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, on schedule and on-budget.

Looking for an organized, strong communicator knowledgeable in fashion and design,

aware of the world-class creative talent, and recommends the best photographers,

videographers, casting directors for the execution of the creative campaigns.

Reports into: Executive Producer

Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production, Job Wrap

that pertain to the creation and delivery of the creative need.

• Manage on-set production as needed. To include: Creating & routing call sheets,

organizing flow of shoot & shot list, reviewing and cross checking product with

partners.

• Liaise with creative teams and external partners to develop all aspects of a shoot

from concept to delivery.

• Vendor support as needed with contracts, billing, new vendor set up etc.

• Oversee post- production including retouching and motion.

• Track and manage budgets throughout the shoot process.

• Coordinate, track and manage shipping for shoot samples.

• Maintains clear communication with Project Manager, Creatives, Project

Management people to facilitate workflow

• Creating and managing style sheets.

• Assists Executive Producer on projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Film / Media Studies / Journalism,

or closely related field.

• 3-5 years of production experience, preferably in an agency setting; open to vendor

side experience as well (i.e. high-end fashion photography studio, post-production

house or production company)

• Solid understanding of all production phases and their respective processes; across

still, film/video, animation, radio, etc.

• Understanding of still photography production and live event experience is ideal but

not expected

• Strong organizational skills.

• Clear and concise communication.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment.

• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, Slides, Sheets.

• Professional and competent client-facing communication skills

• Travel is expected

Hourly Rate: $45-55 per hour
