API Integration Project Manager | GHL · FieldRoutes · ServiceMinder

We're looking for a sharp, client-facing Technical Project Manager to own the integration layer between our platforms and our clients. This is a coordination and accountability role: you'll sit between the client and the dev team, keeping everything clear and on track.

What you'll own:

• Managing integration projects across GoHighLevel, FieldRoutes, and ServiceMinder
• Leading client-facing calls and written comms (native/near-native English required — you're the face of the project)
• Setting realistic timelines, surfacing dependencies early, and holding the dev team to commitments
• Translating client requests into scoped, actionable dev tickets
• Defining and defending what's in-scope vs. out-of-scope — and having that conversation confidently
• Setting realistic timelines, surfacing dependencies early, and holding the dev team to commitments
• Navigating ambiguity without going quiet - you communicate clearly even when the answer is "we're figuring it out"

You're a fit if you:

• Have hands-on familiarity with GHL, FieldRoutes, and/or ServiceMinder (you don't need to code, but you need to understand what's happening throughout the dev process)
• Can read a webhook, understand an API call, and speak credibly with developers and to clients
• Have managed software or integration projects end-to-end, not just tracked tasks
• Know the difference between a config change and a custom build — and can explain that difference to a non-technical client
• Hold your ground when things get complicated

• Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack
• Experience with agile/sprint workflows
• Available now
• Can work on EST timezone (approx 8-10 hours a week)
