Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed instruction manuals for Athena's hardware and software products.
• Create installation guides, setup instructions, configuration guides, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Work with Athena’s Multimedia content producer to produce product demonstration videos , including hardware demonstrations, software walkthroughs, feature demonstrations, installation videos, and training videos.
• Create and maintain product one-pagers containing product features, technical specifications, use cases, integrations, and key product information.
• Create technical product presentations, product guides, sales sheets, and other customer-facing materials.
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to understand product functionality, technical specifications, product releases, and software updates.
• Review technical information and product changes to ensure manuals, videos, one-pagers, and other materials remain accurate and current.
• Create screenshots, diagrams, product visuals, and other supporting materials for technical documentation.
• Develop technical content explaining Athena's AI, computer vision, SaaS platform, hardware, integrations, and security workflows.
• Conduct product research and competitive analysis to compare technical features, specifications, integrations, and capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, SaaS marketing, or a related role.
• Experience creating instruction manuals, technical guides, and product documentation .
• Experience producing product demonstration and training videos .
• Experience creating product one-pagers, technical presentations, and sales materials .
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and software functionality.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Software Development teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products.
• Knowledge of APIs, software integrations, and technical workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to explain complex technical products clearly through written documentation and video.
