Job Summary

Own the messaging and collateral engine that translates Nile’s technology into buyer-focused stories, demos, and playbooks while continuously aligning with product and engineering to validate proof points and roadmap priorities.

  • Narrative & Content: Craft visuals and docs that connect technical outcomes to business impact for buyers and partners.
  • Demo & Enablement: Build demonstrations and labs that accelerate understanding and adoption across field teams.
  • Market & Collaboration: Translate market signals into differentiated messaging and coordinate with PM/Eng to validate technical claims.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Narratives & Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives for customers, prospects, and partners that connect technical innovation to business outcomes.
  • Demo & Content Development: Own the creation of key marketing assets including product demonstrations, explainer videos, sales playbooks, and hands-on labs.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to build whitepapers, design guides and presentations that equip field teams to effectively sell Nile’s solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay close to customer pain points, market dynamics, and competitive trends to ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated.
  • Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitor offerings to understand technical advantages, limitations, and pricing structures
  • Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Product Marketing, Product Managers and Engineering teams to align on roadmap priorities, proof points, and technical validation.
  • Product Launches: Create technical collateral and enablement material through benchmarks, interoperability and operational workflows
  • Events & Tradeshows: Staff Nile and partner events and tradeshows as needed. Travel may be required

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical marketing, or systems engineering role working with wired/wireless/security deployments. Familiarity with operational issues across Day 0, 1 and 2 would be very beneficial.
  • Strong background in infrastructure technology —preferably wired and/or wireless networking, security, or cloud.
  • Conversant in AI tools to amplify productivity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
  • Proven experience building compelling visual content and demonstrations.
  • Success developing marketing content and sales collateral that drives adoption and revenue.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work out of our San Jose, CA office at least 4-days a week
