Gerber Life Insurance is looking for an experienced people leader to join our Contact Center team as a Supervisor, Quality Communications.
- Onsite – Fremont, Michigan
- Life Insurance Call Center Environment
- Hiring Range: $62,400–$75,000 annually

What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life of a Quality Communications Supervisor
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality Consultants
- Support the Contact Center through escalated and sensitive customer situations
- Drive quality, productivity and performance results
- Use data and trends to identify opportunities and improve processes
- Partner across Operations, Training & Development, HR, Legal, Compliance and senior leadership
- Support onboarding and development of Contact Center associates
- Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Active Life, Accident & Health Insurance license – required
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience – required
- Strong coaching, mentoring and people-development skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Contact Center, financial services and/or insurance industry experience is a plus
