Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and support tactical media investment across Video and Digital, including plan development, partner recommendations, negotiations, execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution to ensure delivery against KPIs, budgets, and client expectations
  • Support evaluation and execution of National TV (linear), OTT/CTV, online video, and digitally negotiated media buys (e.g., direct IOs, PG deals, partnerships)
  • Analyze performance data to inform investment decisions, channel allocation, and post-buy reporting
  • Gather, validate, and distribute data for reporting needs including rankers, dimensions, overnights, and digital delivery reporting
  • Develop, implement, and improve processes related to media buying, billing, reconciliation, and data integrity across video and digital direct investments
  • Ensure proper contracts, IOs, and terms are in place with vendors and publishers; review and evaluate partner proposals, billing, and makegoods
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational or executional issues, partnering with internal teams and external partners to resolve challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Client Operations, Strategy, Analytics, and external partners to deliver integrated, cross-channel media solutions
  • Support strategic planning initiatives including deck development, budget management, audience development, and experience design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant media investment or buying experience across Video and Digital Direct channels; prior team management experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of national video buying (linear and digital video) and Digital Direct
  • Knowledge of media systems and tools such as Mediaocean/Prisma, ad servers, verification tools
  • Solid understanding of agency billing processes, including client-side and vendor-side billing and reconciliation
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead others in a collaborative team environment

Preferred
