Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
4+ years of media planning experience; 1+ years of experience in an integrated planning role
2+ years managing or mentoring junior team members required
Strong experience planning for national television and digital; spot TV, Radio, OOH, Print a plus
Experience planning TV or digital Upfront experience is a plus
Proficient in proprietary analytics and syndicated research tools
Strong communicator (written, verbal, and client-facing)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
Confident in client and team conversations—clear and collaborative
