Job Description
- Provide day to day leadership of 1-2 clinics for all clinic services: expansion and growth of services, physician relations, personnel, and marketing and community relations.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee and provider environment that results in a productive, motivated, and engaged work force.
- Works collaboratively with physicians and APPs to ensure their needs are met.
- Oversees the clinic staff in all activities to ensure high quality standards are met and to keep facility running smoothly.
- Recruits, selects, monitors, develops, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve outcomes for quality patient care.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.
- High School diploma or GED
- One (1) - Two (2) years of experience working in a physician practice
- One (1) year supervisory experience
- Bachelor degree preferred
$25.48 - $44.27 /hour
