Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Film and edit TikTok videos featuring Smash Kitchen products; Create trend-driven content using sounds, memes, and native formats; Help concept and produce short-form videos like cooking demos, POV food moments, and trend adaptations
• Community & Culture: Monitor TikTok comments and DMs; Engage with fans and creators in the Smash Kitchen voice; Identify trends and viral moments the brand should jump into
• Trend & Creator Research: Track trending sounds, formats, and emerging food creators; Flag collaboration opportunities

Requirements

• Deeply active on TikTok and fluent in internet culture
• Comfortable filming yourself or others on camera
• Fast editor in TikTok, CapCut, or similar tools
• Creative, organized, and excited to experiment

Preferred

• Bonus points if you love cooking or food culture
• have your own TikTok presence
• are based in LA for occasional filming
