Job Summary

Support marketing and administrative work under supervision for ACH Child and Family Services, focusing on content creation, reporting, and stakeholder storytelling.

  • Assist with marketing projects, content creation, and event write-ups.
  • No prior experience required for this internship.
  • Collaborate with ACH staff and maintain confidentiality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with department supervisor to understand needs and receive specific instructions for projects.
  • Assist with marketing projects involving content creation and analysis.
  • Establish respectful relationships and work collaboratively with ACH staff.
  • Keep an accurate log of internship hours.
  • Adhere to all policies outlined in the intern, and agency handbooks and follow department procedures.
  • Assist with writing about internal and external events involving our stakeholders (staff, clients, volunteers, donors).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly, and responsive way with a broad range of individuals, both in written and oral communications.

Requirements

  • Pursuing Pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • No experience required. Knowledge of social media, simple video editing and graphic design, WordPress, and Microsoft products helpful.
  • Develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to relate well with staff, clients, and team.
