We are seeking a Communications Intern to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. The Foundation for California Community Colleges is on a mission to double its impact in the next 10 years. We are a group of relentless optimists and innovators in education, working collaboratively with public and private partners to help improve the student experience and expand pathways to economic and social mobility in communities across California.
What You’ll Do
The Communications Intern is a part-time, paid position that will play a vital role in amplifying our organization's impact by assisting the Communication and Marketing Services Team in crafting compelling narratives, engaging with our social media audience, and collaborating to ensure consistent brand representation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communications, marketing, and design within a fast-paced non-profit environment.
Duration: 10-week summer internship program from June 1 - August 7, 2026. Exact start and end dates are flexible based on academic schedules.
Compensation: This is a paid internship at $20/hour, 10-15 hours per week

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
