Support Auburn’s college communications through hands-on content creation, media outreach, and digital updates as a student worker.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist staff with social media, website updates, and content development.
  • Assist staff with event promotions, videography, and photography.
  • Conduct, document, and catalog interviews with faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
  • Develop content to promote the activities of faculty, alumni, students, and student organizations within print, digital, and social media.
  • Assist faculty and staff with the content development, layout, and editing of digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers, signage, and other collateral materials.
  • Assist with the drafting and distribution of press releases and other media announcements as needed.
  • Assist the staff to update and maintain digital advertising within the college.
  • Conduct market research studies and other duties as assigned.
