Job Summary

Own the on-ground presence at local events and turn families into a contactable audience for ongoing campaigns.

  • Booth setup, energetic representation, and on-site registrations
  • Talk with parents to raise awareness of youth leagues
  • Capture parent contacts into the marketing database

Job Description

  • Set up and manage our i9 Sports booth or table at local events
  • Talk with parents and families to build awareness about our recreational youth sports leagues
  • Collect parent contact information to add into our marketing database
  • Offer and process on-site registrations at a special discounted event rate
  • Represent i9 Sports with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with people in busy event settings
  • Dependable and organized with reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or youth sports (a plus, but not required)
