Job Description
Skyne Beauty is looking for a few Strategy & Growth Consultants to work closely with our team as we continue building and growing the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work directly on real business problems, not just make recommendations from the sidelines.
What you’ll work on
- Growth and go-to-market strategy
- Market and competitive research
- Partnerships and new business opportunities
- Customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Business analysis and identifying new growth opportunities
- Cross-functional projects directly with the founding team
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience in consulting, strategy, growth, operations, or an early-stage startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and moving quickly
- Able to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into an actionable plan
- Experience in beauty, consumer, retail, e-commerce, or wellness is a plus
Role details
- Location: San Francisco, CA
- Workplace: Hybrid
- Type: Full-time contract
- Commitment: Approximately 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $60/hour
