Responsibilities

• Draft and manage strategic plan for site, product, or service promotion.
• Manages or operationalize product, service or program campaign.
• Conduct and evaluate insight research to ensure effectiveness of campaign and end-to-end consumer experience.
• Support a governance model for creation, distribution, management, and approval of content in printed or electronic formats and/or mediums.

Requirements

• None Required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization.
• Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization.
• Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
• Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities.
• Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle.
• Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials.
• Requires clear and effective communication.
• Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science.
