Own and lead AI adoption communications and enablement programs, translating complex AI initiatives into clear content, campaigns, and leadership-ready materials while coordinating feedback and measuring impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans, newsletters, announcements, and executive updates for AI initiatives .
  • Create enablement content including user guides, quick-reference materials, success stories, videos, and training resources.
  • Support adoption campaigns for emerging AI applications and pilots.
  • Assist in coordinating user feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.
  • Partner with AI product teams to communicate business value and success outcomes.
  • Help prepare presentations, demonstrations, and showcase materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Research AI trends, user behaviors, and best practices in organizational adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning AI strategy, market intelligence, engineering, and business operations.
  • Support community-building efforts that encourage engagement with new AI tools and capabilities.
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting of adoption, utilization , and value realization activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

  • User Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI
  • Experience creating digital content, presentations, videos, or training materials
  • Understanding of AI, analytics, automation
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and content creation
