Responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business unit growth objectives
• Identify target segments, industries, buyer personas, and whitespace opportunities through market analysis and customer insights
• Define differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions to create competitive advantages
• Establish measurable annual and quarterly marketing objectives linked to pipeline contribution and revenue impact
• Serve as the voice of the market within the business unit, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Design and oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline
• Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with account priorities and pipeline targets
• Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue attribution to optimize marketing efforts
• Allocate marketing budget based on ROI and performance analytics
• Develop and deploy messaging across various channels including social media, website, and outbound communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or technical markets
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth
• Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic partner to sales and product teams
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations
• Deep understanding of demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies
• Ability to translate technical product features into clear market value propositions
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing and CRM performance data
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
