Responsibilities

Growth strategy and integrated marketing to drive patient acquisition, retention, and service-line growth
Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities and align marketing with priorities
Data-driven optimization using market trends and competitive insights to improve campaign performance
Lead paid media planning and execution across search, display, audio, and OOH with budget and vendor oversight
CRM-driven outbound outreach and targeted messaging to boost engagement, responses, and conversions
Partner across departments to ensure marketing aligns with capacity and patient experience goals
Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear communication
