Job Description

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness and revenue growth for both the software product portfolio and end-to-end solutions consisting of hardware/software/services. Work closely with sales, offering management, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Manage the production of internal and external presentations, product collateral, product positioning, and tradeshow materials; ensure brand consistency and timely delivery. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Partner with other marketing teams, plan and execute trade shows and customer events focused on end-to-end solutions to drive customer intimacy and revenue impact.
Partner with Offer Managers, define and execute the VoC process, activities, and feedback loops to capture actionable insights; translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Lead thorough market analysis efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Partner with other marketing teams and offer management, define structure and oversee analyst inquiries/outreach across all relevant segments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Deliver high-impact collateral and educational content (e.g. use case videos, customer case studies, end-to-end solutions) to drive internal awareness and commercial success.
Lead digital and solutions internal messaging strategy, including Viva Engage posts and strategic initiative communications.
