Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Independent Ownership: Act as the primary project lead to event stakeholders on Leadership Summit and key workstreams within our proprietary events (SKO, Oktane, strategic executive events, etc). Plan, manage, and execute assigned events independently with minimal supervision.
  • Timeline & Priority Management: Set, communicate, and maintain timelines and priorities across multiple concurrent programs while remaining flexible to evolving scope.
  • Seamless Execution: Coordinate all event elements—from venue logistics and vendor management to communications, registrations, and post-event follow-up. Anticipate issues proactively and resolve them with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Executive Programs & Relationship Building: Design and execute high-touch executive experiences, including C-suite dinners, customer roundtables, and strategic business meetings. Develop strong working relationships with internal sales leaders, executives, and customer stakeholders to drive attendance, pipeline outcomes, and long-term account loyalty.
  • Budget & Vendor Stewardship: Liaise between event agencies and internal finance & procurement teams. Own budget planning, cost tracking, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis. Deliver flawless execution within budget constraints.
  • Drive Measurable Pipeline Impact: Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, and leadership to ensure events create qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Establish KPIs for each program, measure results against business outcomes, and use insights to continuously improve future events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders to align on goals, messaging, and desired outcomes. Communicate regularly and clearly to keep projects on track.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by anticipating challenges, optimizing processes, and introducing innovative ideas that elevate event experiences and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B corporate events; working on large-scale flagship events as well as high touch executive events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously while remaining organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication - with internal leadership, external vendors, and customers at all levels.
  • Independent problem-solving – ability to resolve complex issues in creative, effective and confident ways under tight timelines.
  • Sense of urgency & professionalism – ability to move quickly and decisively while maintaining high standards and composure under pressure.
  • Thrives in change - treats every challenge as an opportunity to improve and constantly seeks ways to deliver more.
