Responsibilities

• As a communications advisor, you’ll directly impact the development of creative strategic communications solutions.
• You will shape relationships with team members and clients to facilitate the adoption of cyber workforce strategies, policies , and programs while helping the Department of War ( DoW ) remain an employer of choice among cyber professionals.
• You will manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment to develop compelling written and visual communications in support of DoW campaigns.
• You’ll oversee the development of key strategic communications products that clearly convey critical information to recruit, develop, and retain top cyber talent.
• Work with us as we implement DoW cyber workforce initiatives to change mission success for the better.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience providing strategic communications expertise
• Experience designing and implementing communication strategies or campaigns and delivering communication products for audiences using multiple communication channels
• Experience with so cia l media and digital marketing
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Micro sof t Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Knowledge of DoW-enterprise or Component-level communication channels
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred

• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a relevant field
