Responsibilities

• Develop, review, edit, and publish provider-facing communications, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, educational materials, and other provider resources.
• Translate complex healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, and operational changes into clear, concise, and actionable communications for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, provider relations teams, and client stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and timely.
• Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, content development, reviews, and approval workflows across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, training materials, and other educational content.
• Serve as a lead resource for provider publications and communication initiatives supporting Medicaid and healthcare programs.
• Collaborate with client teams, provider relations staff, operations leaders, compliance teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple publication cycles, communication initiatives, and high-visibility deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Work remotely within the United States with the opportunity to directly influence provider experience, communication effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing professional communications, publications, educational materials, or related content, preferably within Medicaid, Medicare, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare operations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex healthcare, regulatory, policy, or operational information into clear and actionable communications.
• Experience developing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, educational materials, or similar professional content.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
