Job Summary

Own revenue growth across existing and new apparel accounts by shaping account strategies, coordinating cross-functional product development, and leveraging client relationships to uncover strategic opportunities.

  • Revenue & Strategy: Drive top-line growth by meeting sales quotas and expanding share in key accounts.
  • Account Management: Create and manage multi-account strategies using global processes to deliver on goals.
  • Product & Partnership: Lead the product development lifecycle from client briefing to deployment and order acceptance, guided by client needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
  • Independently creating and managing account strategies to deliver on sales goals to enable top-line growth, gain share, and maximize profitability.
  • Utilizing global account management processes to plan and execute on key account strategies and initiatives.
  • Leveraging strong client relationships to partner with clients in the pursuit of new opportunities and guide clients in strategic decision-making.
  • Initiating and coordinating the product development process from client briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of practical sales experience with quota responsibility, market development, account planning, and client engagement.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Significant apparel industry and large retailer experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.
