Loop It is looking for a Senior Stablecoin Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of stablecoin and blockchain-based payment infrastructure.

You will be responsible for transaction monitoring, wallet reconciliation, mint and burn workflows, treasury movements, operational controls, and incident resolution across multiple blockchain networks and custody platforms.

This position requires hands-on experience working with digital assets, institutional wallets, stablecoin issuers, custodians, and internal financial systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, security, and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily stablecoin operations, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, minting, burning, and settlement activity.
  • Reconcile on-chain wallet balances against custody platforms and internal ledgers.
  • Investigate transaction discrepancies, delayed transfers, failed transactions, and balance mismatches.
  • Monitor blockchain activity and confirm transaction status across supported networks.
  • Coordinate treasury movements between operational, custody, settlement, and liquidity wallets.
  • Work with multi-signature and MPC wallet approval processes.
  • Support relationships with stablecoin issuers, custodians, exchanges, banking partners, and liquidity providers.
  • Maintain operational procedures, reconciliation reports, transaction records, and incident documentation.
  • Escalate unusual activity, operational risks, compliance concerns, and security incidents.
  • Partner with engineering, finance, compliance, risk, and treasury teams to improve operational controls.
  • Assist with the launch and operational integration of new stablecoins, blockchain networks, wallets, and custody providers.
  • Participate in incident response and time-sensitive operational coverage when required.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in cryptocurrency operations, digital asset operations, treasury operations, payments, settlements, or a related financial operations role.
  • Direct experience working with stablecoins such as USDC, USDT, PYUSD, FDUSD, or similar assets.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, confirmations, transaction hashes, gas fees, and network-specific risks.
  • Experience reconciling blockchain data with custody systems and internal accounting records.
  • Familiarity with institutional custody or wallet platforms such as Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, Anchorage Digital, Coinbase Prime, or Safe.
  • Experience with Ethereum and at least one additional blockchain network.
  • Strong analytical skills and close attention to transaction-level details.
  • Ability to investigate operational issues independently and document findings clearly.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, custodian, fintech company, payment network, or institutional trading platform.
  • Knowledge of mint and redemption procedures used by stablecoin issuers.
  • Experience with blockchain explorers, analytics platforms, and transaction-monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, spreadsheets, or operational reporting tools.
  • Understanding of AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and digital asset compliance controls.
  • Experience creating runbooks, reconciliation frameworks, escalation procedures, and operational controls.
  • Familiarity with weekend, holiday, or after-hours digital asset operations.
What We Offer
  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Direct involvement in institutional stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Opportunity to help build and improve operational processes from an early stage.
  • Collaboration with experienced professionals across operations, engineering, finance, compliance, and treasury.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Benefits and additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
