  • Lead analytical support for peak transportation planning — partner with Supply Chain Planning, Operations, carriers, and other stakeholders to identify peak risks and develop mitigation plans; monitor execution and proactively surface issues throughout peak.
  • Support transportation strategy and network initiatives — evaluate transportation impacts of new fulfillment methods, carrier services, network changes, and other strategic initiatives; develop business cases and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional problem solving — partner with Technology, Store Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Digital, and other teams to investigate transportation issues, align on solutions, and drive implementation through measurable results.
  • Prepare leadership and carrier-ready insights — translate complex transportation findings into concise presentations, recommendations, and business updates for leadership meetings, carrier QBRs, and cross-functional forums.
