User community building and moderation in Reddit or Discord to nurture customers and advocates.
Key listening and reporting for sentiment to inform content strategy across employee, customer, partner, and target groups.
Americas stakeholder liaison collaborating with partner, sales, and product to set channel priorities.
Key audience engagement creating two-way dialogue on Seagate’s social properties.
Identify opportunities and communicate strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Feedback loop bridging the community with product and customer service teams.
Reporting using analytics to monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
