Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for assigned workstream(s) within the marketing tooling ecosystem.
• Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessment to inform product direction.
• Define success metrics, use data to prioritize features, measure outcomes, and iterate.
• Partner with engineering to scope, design, and deliver solutions with quality and predictability.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build trusted relationships with marketing operations, engineering, and business stakeholders globally.
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for assigned workstream(s); represent priorities in cross-functional forums.
• Drive alignment across competing needs through influence, data, and clear communication.
• Own the go-to-market strategy for product launches — including communications, training, and enablement.
• Define and enforce data standards, taxonomy requirements, and integration specifications for assigned products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Nice to have

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
