Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development and performance of growth marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.), from strategy and system design through execution, measurement, and optimization for buyer, seller, and rental lines of business.
  • Identify, design, and launch new marketing products that leverage automation and AI to expand growth capacity, such as systems that accelerate creative production, campaign creation, and experimentation across channels.
  • Build and evolve core platforms for media automation, bidding, budget management, and performance optimization
  • Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to design and deliver high-impact growth capabilities across paid channels (SEM, Paid Social, Video, App)
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into measurable product outcomes through experimentation, automation, and improved data quality
  • Lead product discovery and agile delivery, shipping incremental value while building durable, extensible marketing infrastructure
  • Develop AI-enabled and LLM-first workflows that improve decision-making, efficiency, and learning velocity across media programs
  • Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with external platform partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Apple) to ensure strong integrations and adoption of best practices
  • Ensure operational excellence of growth marketing systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact performance or reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, data enablement, or marketing technology, with a focus on building systems that support marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows — such as lead processing, data classification, or automated QA.
  • Proven experience working in or leading Agile development processes and planning workflows.
  • Proficiency with SQL and a strong understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and measurement.

Preferred

  • Experience administering Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms.
  • Experience building AI-powered automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier AI, or similar platforms to streamline marketing operations.
  • Experience using AI to scale creative production and campaign automation
  • Familiarity with Hightouch, Fivetran, or similar data integration and reverse ETL tools.
  • Experience with tagging and tracking implementations — Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, or similar.
  • Exposure to marketing strategies including performance marketing and brand KPIs
  • Experience with Meta or other marketing platforms that require feed management or other technical solutions for scaling
  • Background in platform governance — defining standards, documentation, and enablement for shared marketing tools.
