Position Title: Senior Producer

Division: Production Services

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

This position will oversee the planning and production of contracted key client projects. The Senior Producer will be responsible for ensuring that planning and execution runs smoothly and delivers on the creative and strategic goals of all assigned programs. In this role, the Senior Producer will work closely with clients and internal teams day-to-day to manage timelines, development of the on-site experience and all event logistics. This role will work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

SENIOR PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee event planning for assigned experiential events, retail executions and rollouts, and brand campaigns
  • Responsible for the quality of all production elements throughout each project, while exceeding client expectations and delivering on program objectives
  • Develop and manage program timelines
  • Build and manage program budgets, while handling all vendor and independent contractor payments
  • Identify and work with all vendors that best deliver on the overall experience
  • Negotiate and contract all vendors and production resources
  • Fabrication Management. Both the selection and the program management, driving towards client success.
  • Secure insurance and permitting for all events, while working with local governing bodies when needed
  • Responsible for developing on-site staffing plans, install labor and support, and overall production resourcing
  • Responsible for developing post-event recaps and tracking KPI’s on-site
  • Work with Episode1 leadership team to support overall agency growth and maximize efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10 years of experience producing experiential marketing programs and leading activations for global brands
  • Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing production teams
  • Strong fabrication knowledge, specific to retail. An eye for quality and excellence, and willingness to push for quality with vendors.
  • Strong experience in retail roll outs and ability to manage executions across a full chain of retail doors, typically at the same time.
  • Deep knowledge in retail environments and installation realities & management.
  • Understanding and desire to strive for creative executional excellence
  • Well-established network and knowledge of outside vendors, subcontractors, and partners
  • Excellent understanding of production logistics around AV, fabrication and on-site logistics
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and communicate changes quickly
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to strive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Daily use of Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint, along with Google Cloud Suite and Keynote
  • Ability to travel (a minimum of 25%) and work non-traditional hour based on program schedules
