Job Summary

Own cross functional campaign planning and governance, linking creative development, approvals, budgets, and channel integration to drive a single, cohesive marketing plan.

  • Plan Ownership: own end to end program management from concept through integrated plan with leadership visibility.
  • Delivery & Governance: manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and post mortems to shorten cycles and surface improvements.
  • Cross Functional Execution: align PR, social, influencer, partnerships, and channels to ensure cohesive campaigns and compliant assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing development process end to end from concept to integrated plan with clear scope and deliverables for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain detailed timelines and track milestones against deadlines.
  • Flag dependencies, risks, and roadblocks and drive timely resolution with the right stakeholders.
  • Track the NC Marketing budget and actuals to keep programs on time and within leadership parameters.
  • Run a central system for tracking creative assets from internal teams and strategic partners.
  • Document asset rights, usage limits, and expirations with legal and business affairs for compliance.
  • Partner with PR, Community, Social, Influencer, and Partnerships to run cohesive campaigns across touchpoints.
  • Lead channel integration to ensure plans are aligned across marketing channels.
  • Coordinate approvals across legal, business, and stakeholders to keep assets moving on schedule.
  • Prepare regular status updates for Directors and final approvers with project visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years in program or project management, ideally within marketing or management consulting.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor/agency relationships at scale.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong critical thinking under pressure.
  • Collaborative, can-do attitude with ability to build trust across teams and seniority levels.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Comfort with creative content workflows, copywriting review, and social analytics tools.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for NC's games and active pulse on gaming, social, and community trends in the shooter space.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with PC and console gaming marketing (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems is a plus.
