  • Establish AI model governance and data quality measures
  • Champion change management, enablement, and adoption of new automated workflows, agentic capabilities, and process changes through training, communications, playbooks, enablement sessions, and stakeholder engagement

  • Identify and lead process redesign opportunities where AI removes manual steps entirely, rather than simply speeding up the old process
  • Partnering with our Technology Strategy team in Marketing Ops, consult on the assessment of AI capabilities available in our existing technology stack and make recommendations on build/buy/usage
  • Govern shadow AI: any AI feature activated outside this process is evaluated to determine if it should be integrated or deactivated

  • Experience with or working knowledge of intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, G2) and generative AI tooling in a business context
  • Track record of translating model output into workflows that Sales and Marketing adopt
  • Curiosity and confidence to explore new agentic AI and automation capabilities; with a focus on delivering AI initiatives responsibly.
  • Comfort in communicating impact to senior stakeholders
