  • Coordinate across product, strategy, and field teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-velocity execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Serve as the Agentforce GTM expert across product, marketing, sales, pricing/packaging, and operations — translating innovation into clear, actionable programs that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Consumption Model Enablement: Understand and communicate the Agentforce consumption model, helping sellers and customers navigate pricing, value realization, and Flex Credit opportunities.
  • Sales Plays: Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and field needs — driving measurable pipeline growth.
  • AI Agent-Driven Enablement & Slackbot Skill Building: Design and build AI-powered enablement tools — including custom Slackbot skills and agent workflows — that turn manual, multi-source seller research into instant, accurate, actionable guidance (e.g., eligibility checks, pricing/quoting assistance, FAQ and objection-handling lookups), and iterate on them based on field usage and feedback.
  • Adoption Acceleration: Own, partner, and drive adoption of Agentforce across the field — building programs and feedback loops that identify adoption blockers, track funnel/usage metrics, and turn insight into targeted enablement sales plays.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Corporate Strategy, Core Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Program Management, Strategic Events, and cross-cloud GTM teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a grasp of the Agentforce product, understanding its architecture, capabilities, and roadmap to inform enablement and messaging.
  • Presentation Delivery: Build and deliver high-impact presentations and demos for internal enablement sessions.
  • Enablement Programs: Design and deliver compelling enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides, etc.) that empower technical and non-technical sellers alike.
  • Field Readiness: Partner with global go-to-market and distribution leaders to drive adoption, readiness, and pipeline acceleration across all selling teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or comparable enterprise AI and automation platforms.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of Agentforce product fundamentals, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner closely with Core Product Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align launches, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Sales Partnership: Demonstrated experience working directly with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Programs to translate GTM strategy into field-ready execution.
  • Enablement Expertise: Success in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials that drive adoption and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of delivering persuasive, executive-ready content for diverse audiences.
  • Pricing Acumen: Familiarity with consumption-based pricing models and skill in simplifying complex pricing structures into customer-centric value narratives.
  • Analytical Rigor: Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform GTM strategy, measure success, and refine programs.
  • Project Management: Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Sales Experience: Direct experience in a sales or quota-carrying role, bringing firsthand credibility and empathy for what sellers need from enablement and GTM programs.
  • Agentforce Familiarity: Experience supporting or marketing AI, automation, or agent-based products, and a deep curiosity about how Salesforce AI transforms business workflows.
  • Agent-Building & Prompt Design: Hands-on experience or strong interest in prompt design and building agents/skills on Slack's agent-building platform (or comparable platforms).
  • AI Tooling Fluency: Comfortable working with AI coding/assistant tools such as Codex and Claude, and staying current on recent AI news and product developments — with a genuine willingness to dive in and experiment.
  • Consulting Mindset: Background in management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
  • Cross-Functional Empathy: Ability to collaborate seamlessly across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Strategy with a curiosity of each team's goals and connecting the dots between them.
  • Strategic Agility: Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to simplify complexity and move from strategic thinking to tactical execution.
  • Positive Energy: A can-do, growth-oriented attitude that brings creativity, optimism, and resilience to every challenge.

Benefits
