Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet company, is hiring a Senior Manager of Global Demand Planning. In this high-impact role, you will orchestrate the global demand strategy, driving the monthly S&OP and IBP processes to align commercial growth with manufacturing reality.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Own the global demand planning process and outputs for Foot & Ankle products across domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain statistical and consensus-based forecasts using historical sales, market trends, seasonality, surgeon adoption patterns, and commercial inputs.
  • Lead monthly demand review meetings and support executive-level S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to incorporate product launches, market dynamics, tenders, and promotional activities into forecasts.
  • Drive forecast accuracy improvements and establish KPIs including forecast bias, forecast accuracy, and mix accuracy.
  • Manage demand planning for new product introductions (NPI), product transitions, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning.
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution teams to balance supply constraints and create constrained demand plans.
  • Develop scenario modeling and demand sensitivity analyses to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to planning systems, automation, reporting, and data governance.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing global demand planning team.
  • Foster collaboration between commercial and operations teams to improve planning alignment and execution.
  • Lead change management initiatives associated with process standardization and systems implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements and quality standards impacting forecasting and supply continuity.
Your Background
  • A bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Graduate degree preferred
  • 6-8 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Operations. Medical Device experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and initiatives forward
  • 5 years’ experience with financial/demand modeling and financial business partnership
  • Strong experience with operations and inventory management, demand planning, and supply planning
  • Experience concurrently managing multiple projects or engagements
  • Must have strong interpersonal and negotiating skills within a context of internal political sensitivity
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Prior experience in project management software desired
