Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of marketing automation, email marketing, and nurture programs.
• Build actionable quarterly plans, set targets, and track performance against them.
• Partner closely with our internal marketing team and agency resources, support prioritizing objectives, and support project execution.
• Develop smart audience strategies and put them to work in campaigns.
• Shape customer marketing, cross-sell, and upsell programs that increase stickiness and lifetime value.
• Push the marketing function forward by leveraging sophisticated tools, automation, and ai in our processes and campaign delivery.
• Improve conversion across the journey. Understand funnel conversion rates and find ways to lift them, from first touch through closed deal and into the customer lifecycle.
• Test, learn, and iterate. Try new things, measure what works, and double down.

Requirements

• 5 - 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation or something similar.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, familiarity with data enrichment, automation, measurement, project management, and design tools used in the marketing function.
• Comfort with (and excitement about) data—ability to use data to tell a story and guide prioritization and decision-making.
• A clear sense of how funnel metrics tie back to pipeline and revenue.
• A knack for getting people on board without needing a title to do it.
• A bias toward action and a healthy 80/20 mindset.
• No ego, and a genuine love of working as a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
