Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project manage all aspects of in-store marketing for CSC and Emerging Brands for Brand and Employee Store Channels.
  • Build distribution lists for campaigns and new store openings; enter design projects into WorkFront.
  • Store communication regarding deliveries and shipments; agency/vendor communication on project details and timing.
  • Write seasonal briefs for seasonal marketing campaigns and build directives for store teams to follow for window installations.
  • Create and manage distribution lists per campaign for 10-12 full campaigns per year and 8-10 smaller campaigns.
  • Communicate and work with CSC & Emerging Brand partners to understand marketing vision and create briefs based on channel needs.
  • Create and deliver detailed install directions for all in-store marketing elements for the season or new openings.
  • Work with merch partners and Sr. Visual Merchandising leads to understand product assortments to inform in-store marketing element needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design agencies, print vendors, and store teams.
  • Manage weekly meetings with vendors to ensure projects are on track and progressing as planned.
  • Provide timely communication to the retail field team on asset arrivals and execution directions.

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent with a focus on retail merchandising, retail planning, or visual.
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, space or assortment planning, or product presentation.
  • Strong technical skills: Adobe Suite, Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to document standards and directives with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and partner cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple projects, meet tight timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
  • Flexible and mobile, with the ability to travel 10–15% of the time.

Preferred

  • Experience using WorkFront or similar project management software.
