Responsibilities

• Plan and execute highly curated, one-of-a-kind events in AMER designed to deepen relationships with customers and prospects and reflect Ashby’s brand values.
• Foster meaningful relationships with customers and prospects to establish a strong, globally connected network that supports future growth and collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Design to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and seamless attendee experiences.
• Design and document playbooks that allow Ashby to scale activations efficiently and maintain brand excellence in every market.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including event briefs, timelines, run-of-shows, staffing and travel plans, and post-event debriefs.
• Serve as the on-site event lead, managing setup, run-of-show, and teardown, while ensuring a polished and professional presence.
• Track performance metrics such as attendance, NPS, pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI to inform future event decisions.

• Business-minded and confident negotiating contracts; evaluating vendors and venues, managing budgets, and ensuring ROI.
