Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Nova's touring shows, with accountability for ticket sales, attendance, and campaign performance.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, digital marketing, partnerships, PR, social media, email, influencer marketing, and local market activations.
Lead media planning, buying strategy, budget allocation, and performance optimization to maximize return on marketing investment.
Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, Sales, Production, and external venue or ticketing partners to launch successful campaigns in every market.
Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, pricing trends, and sales data to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.
Build repeatable marketing frameworks that can scale globally while allowing flexibility for local market needs.
Own relationships with external agencies, media partners, promoters, and ticketing platforms to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Stay deeply involved in campaign execution while continually testing new channels, technologies, and audience growth strategies.
