Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive online sales growth.
Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms, ensuring optimal site performance, user experience, and content accuracy.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and SEO initiatives that increase traffic and conversion rates.
Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, inventory management, and fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations.
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with technology providers, payment processors, and logistics partners.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior leadership to track progress and ROI.
Stay current with ecommerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms and online sales channels.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through ecommerce strategies and digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools to interpret performance metrics.
Excellent project management and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience with major ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, paid advertising, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and website design to enhance customer engagement.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
