Job Summary

Own the strategy and build the organic discovery engine across seven brands, establishing the SEO architecture, content and technical foundations, with executive sponsorship and cross-brand alignment to unlock scalable organic growth.

Own end-to-end organic discovery and cross-brand visibility to drive sustainable traffic and discovery across all brands.
Lead a zero-to-one build with executive backing, shaping discovery systems and SEO foundations for multi-brand growth.
Collaborate to define impact metrics and prioritize initiatives that elevate organic performance across the portfolio.

Job Description

This role exists to build that capability from the ground up.
The Senior Director of SEO & Organic Traffic Growth will own the entire organic discovery strategy across all seven brands and will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
This is not an optimization role.
It is a build-from-zero mandate with the full endorsement of the Executive Leadership Team.
