Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of programmatic business across key clients, supported by a team of traders.
  • Develop and implement strategic optimization plans using data analysis, technical expertise, and client feedback.
  • Oversee campaign execution, performance evaluation, and ongoing optimization across all programmatic dimensions.
  • Identify and present opportunities to leverage programmatic media to meet client objectives.
  • Drive cross-channel integration initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance media strategies.
  • Champion programmatic excellence across the agency by contributing to thought leadership, process development, and innovation.
  • Communicate the value of programmatic capabilities, technologies, and partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote innovation and continuous learning across the organization.
  • Stay current on platform features and best practices for activation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with platform, inventory, and data partners to develop and refine targeted media programs.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with self-managed DSP platforms.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic campaign execution across: - CTV - Native - Proximity targeting - Prospecting vs. Remarketing - PMP executions - Audio/Video - SSP direct deals
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, or awareness goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign issues and overseeing QA processes.
  • Familiarity with platform features and techniques for activating, measuring, and optimizing media programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to: - Set and communicate goals - Measure accomplishments - Provide constructive feedback - Hold team members accountable
  • Proven experience mentoring, training, and managing junior team members.
  • Ability to support team development in campaign management and communication.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
