Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Category Strategy
• - Lead the overall marketing strategy for the UCAN portfolio.
• - Drive portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, and investment decisions aligned with business objectives.
• - Identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio performance across categories.
• Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution
• - Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that strengthen customer engagement and business results.
• - Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial excellence and successful product launches.
• - Support execution of marketing initiatives that drive adoption, growth, and market competitiveness.
• Market Insights & Analytics
• - Establish and leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare marketing, commercial, or business leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading generic pharma and nutrition portfolio strategies, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience supporting hospital, health system, and alternate-site care environments.
• Knowledge of generic pharmaceuticals and/or clinical nutrition markets.
• Understanding of GPO, IDN, and healthcare purchasing dynamics.
• Experience leading product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management initiatives.
