Own the UCAN portfolio marketing strategy and lead cross-functional go-to-market, portfolio optimization, and customer-engagement initiatives across sales, Market Access, and Commercial teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the overall marketing strategy for the UCAN portfolio.
Drive portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, and investment decisions aligned with business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio performance across categories.
Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that strengthen customer engagement and business results.
Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial excellence and successful product launches.
Support execution of marketing initiatives that drive adoption, growth, and market competitiveness.
Establish and leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Champion voice-of-customer initiatives and data-driven marketing practices.
Monitor market dynamics and business performance to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Market Access, Finance, and Commercial teams to support pricing, value, and contracting strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive healthcare marketing, commercial, or business leadership experience.
Demonstrated success leading generic pharma and nutrition portfolio strategies, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience supporting hospital, health system, and alternate-site care environments.
Knowledge of generic pharmaceuticals and/or clinical nutrition markets.
Understanding of GPO, IDN, and healthcare purchasing dynamics.
Experience leading product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management initiatives.
