Job Description
About the role
- AMS has built a modern media and programmatic growth capability that unlocks scalable digital revenue opportunities across agencies, brands, media owners, and platform partnerships.
- The role requires a candidate who can combine disciplined outbound prospecting with enough media and programmatic sophistication to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Develop outbound business development strategies targeting high-priority verticals and accounts.
- Generate qualified pipeline across net-new and underpenetrated accounts.
- Lead discovery meetings and opportunity qualification conversations.
- Position AMS’s media capabilities strategically around efficiency, inventory access, pricing advantage, and performance.
- Partner with solutions and leadership teams to shape strategic proposals and deal structures.
- Maintain disciplined CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to refine positioning and messaging.
- Support long-term account penetration and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in digital media sales, ad tech business development, programmatic partnerships, or agency sales.
- Experience at organizations such as The Trade Desk, Magnite, IAS, DoubleVerify, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DSP/SSP platforms, retail media networks, or agency holding companies.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying ecosystems and programmatic workflows.
- Track record of opening strategic accounts and building pipeline.
- Experience selling into agencies, enterprise marketing organizations, or media buyers.
- Strong consultative communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales environments.

The salary for this role is $90,000. The successful candidate's salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
