Responsibilities

  • Grow design funnel, design wins, and revenue through targeted go-to-market initiatives, differentiated product positioning, compelling customer value propositions, and effective sales enablement.
  • Define and execute the long-range product and technology roadmap for Data Center & AI Infrastructure markets, identifying emerging opportunities and translating industry transitions into differentiated product strategies.
  • Develop and drive portfolio strategy across oscillators, clock generators, synchronization products, timing modules, software solutions, and next-generation timing architectures.
  • Deliver differentiated products by translating customer requirements, competitive insights, and market trends into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and investment recommendations.
  • Own business planning, including TAM, SAM, SOM analysis, long-range forecasting, portfolio strategy, pricing strategy, and market opportunity assessment.
  • Develop trusted relationships with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, cloud service providers, server OEMs, and ecosystem partners to identify emerging requirements and support strategic customer engagements.
  • Influence future AI infrastructure and rack-scale system architectures by positioning SiTime as the timing technology leader for next-generation datacenter systems.
  • Serve as the customer's voice in negotiating product capabilities, priorities, schedules, and investments with engineering and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop market-leading products that deliver measurable customer value and sustainable competitive differentiation.
  • Develop white papers, presentations, competitive analysis, customer-facing collateral, and thought leadership content that establish SiTime as the leader in precision timing for AI infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of successful experience in product marketing, product management, product line management, or strategic business leadership within the semiconductor industry.
  • Director-level experience driving product strategy, roadmap development, go-to-market execution, business planning, and customer engagement.
  • Proven success owning product portfolios and delivering sustained revenue growth, market share gains, and successful new product introductions.
  • Experience marketing semiconductor products into datacenter, cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, networking, enterprise computing, or adjacent markets.
  • Experience engaging hyperscalers, cloud service providers, AI infrastructure companies, server OEMs, or strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in market analysis, business case development, portfolio planning, pricing strategy, and long-range forecasting.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights into winning product strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct organizational authority.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of independently driving business outcomes and delivering measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

Preferred

  • Experience with timing, clocking, synchronization, IEEE 1588, SyncE, networking, or communications infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience with AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, datacenter networking, server systems, or rack-scale architectures.
  • Experience with analog, mixed-signal, power management, connectivity, or infrastructure semiconductor products.
  • Technical background enabling engagement with system architects, technical decision makers, and engineering teams.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
