Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Campaign Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing campaign intake, prioritization, resource planning, workflow management, governance, and delivery.
  • Build scalable processes that enable efficient execution of complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Lead a high-performing creative organization including Creative Designers, UX/UI Designers, Motion Designers, and Copywriters.
  • Translate campaign strategies, customer journeys, and business objectives into compelling creative concepts and experiences.
  • Oversee creative development across email, web, mobile, social media, paid media, sponsorships, events, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Establish creative standards, design systems, templates, and production frameworks that ensure brand consistency and scalable execution.
  • Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user experiences that drive personalization and elevate fan engagement across digital channels.
  • Champion a fan-first approach to creative development, ensuring every interaction reflects a seamless, engaging brand experience.
  • Serve as a trusted partner across Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology, Commercial, and Fan Engagement teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in campaign management, creative operations, marketing production, design leadership, or marketing program management.
  • Proven success leading large-scale marketing programs and multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Experience building and scaling campaign operations, governance models, intake processes, and creative production functions.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy, creative development, content production, and brand management.
  • Experience with UX/UI design, personalization strategies, and digital customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and project management platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Jira, or Asana.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency, increase marketing output, and optimize production costs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive execution.
