Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitive trends, digital marketing benchmarks, and emerging technologies within the insurance industry.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, analytics platforms, and advertising partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, privacy laws, and corporate governance standards related to digital marketing and customer data.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in digital measurement and marketing analytics.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting that communicate campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Monitor website analytics, customer behavior, and digital funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, and website experiences.
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, MIS, Accounting/Finance, Data Science, Data Analysis or a related field is preferred, not required.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Analyst/User Experience or similar role in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, ability to generate innovative content ideas. Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
