Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and testable functional and technical requirements
• Create documentation including business requirements, user stories, use cases, process maps, and data models
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on solution design
• Support project planning, change management, and implementation efforts for new systems or enhancements
• Develop and execute test plans; assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Information Systems
• Business
• One year of related work experience may be substituted for each year of required education
• Active Secret required
• Exceptional knowledge or understanding of the procurement business process
• Extensive knowledge or understanding within the DoD procurement systems and performing process improvement, business analytics, gap analysis, corrective actions, standard operation procedures (SOP) development, and/or Policy development, Project Management, Estimation, and Planning
• Knowledge or understanding of IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution
