Job Summary

Lead the SEO program by owning strategy, cross functional rollout, and measurement for organic growth of site content and experiences.

SEO Strategy & Analysis: identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and content visibility through testing and site performance research.
Cross-functional Ownership: partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement SEO optimizations and ensure alignment across workstreams.
Measurement & Reporting: track page-level performance and provide data driven insights to drive ongoing SEO improvements.

Job Description

20 % Cross-functional partnership- Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to align on opportunities and risks, strategic priorities, and to share page/site level insights. Represent SEO for assigned functional areas and work with partners to ensure SEO projects are prioritized into overall workstreams.
10% Professional Development and Process Improvement- Staying informed on the latest industry changes with SEO and working to incorporate new strategies into existing processes.
25% Project planning and implementation- Coordinate with product management and engineering partners to plan, prioritize, and implement SEO optimizations.
15% Reporting & Measurement- Track the performance of assigned pages/functions, measure the impact of SEO optimization projects, and provide data driven insights for continued improvement.
30% SEO Strategy and Analysis- Monitor site performance and conduct research and testing to identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and content visibility.
