Job Summary

Own the end-to-end client lifecycle in energy procurement and decarbonization advisory, from billing accuracy and data integrity to renewals and cross-sell expansions with a data-driven, relationship-focused lens.

  • Client ownership: manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and primary relationship for assigned accounts with a focus on profitability and value delivery.
  • Data and reporting: maintain accurate client data, build trackers, and present price, tariff, and performance insights to influence decisions.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day client requests (billing, facility adds/deletes, reporting), ensuring accurate data validation before client delivery
  • Maintain and update client data across spreadsheets and pricing systems with a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze supplier RFP responses, verifying pricing, terms, and completeness; follow up to resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Develop and maintain client trackers and reporting tools to highlight performance, savings, and overall value
  • Support ongoing client communication and participate in regular update calls with data-driven insights
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, profitability, and energy supply strategies
  • Coordinate supply-related activities, including procurement support and delivery of client-facing outputs
  • Apply strong attention to detail and understand client facility economics (tariffs, contracts, supply sources) to ensure accuracy and impact
  • Primary contact for assigned customers and manages the client relationship
  • Responsible for renewing assigned customers
  • Responsible for expanding the revenue from clients through cross-sell of products and services and expansions of energy accounts
  • Routinely monitor client bills and resolve billing issues and optimize tariff rates
  • Maintain all client information in Salesforce and database
  • Work with clients to understand energy and decarbonization needs, goals, nature of business, risk tolerance, etc. and identify product solutions
  • Monitor markets and present pricing and contract offers from suppliers
  • Manage execution and implementation of new provider agreements
  • Create and maintain all charts and graphs used in market reporting
  • Performs Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Consulting or Energy industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental / energy, engineering or business degree, or degree in a related field
  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 4+ years
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including the ability to develop and interpret complex models and ad-hoc reports.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs, and demonstrating leadership
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven environment and possess a strong capacity for innovation and process improvement
  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously. Deadline driven.
